Shipping Method
Economy Ground Delivery
You can expect delivery of most items within 1-2 business days of your order depending upon your destination address from our shipping point (s). Orders are delivered Monday-Friday, no deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday.
Urgent deliveries, i.e. same day, overnight, weekend, or orders for outside SA borders, will attract extra courier charges. Quotes will be provided to you.
Delivery Address:
A daytime delivery address must be provided where someone will be there to accept the goods. Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays during working hours. No deliveries are made on the weekends, nor public holidays. Orders cannot be delivered to Post Offices nor P.O Boxes.
Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversize items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries may take slightly longer. You will be contacted to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
Tracking:
The Courier collects orders from us daily, at approximately 4pm. Once your order has left our Dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number. All deliveries are traceable on our website and online with the relevant shipping provider. You should receive tracking information via SMS/WhatsApp/email after your order has shipped. If you wish to check tracking information please contact us.
Receiving your delivery:
All deliveries require a signature on delivery by default. We strongly suggest providing a home, office or business address, or an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive our delivery note showing the items delivered. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to this effect. The driver will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.
